1.4 By using, browsing, and/or reading the Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease using the Website immediately.

1.5 Petsales.com.au Pty Ltd reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. 4. Member Obligations

• Memberships, currently limited to 12-month terms.

5.3 Memberships renew automatically unless canceled 30 days before the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refunds are provided only under the Australian Consumer Law or if verification processes fail.

6.2 Change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
